Happy Independence Day, Belize!

To celebrate, we put up our new billboard on the Guanacaste Park Roundabout in Belmopan. Celebrating the independence of more than 900 birds that would otherwise have spent their life confined to a cage.

Thank you to each and every person that has assisted with their freedom, either through reporting or acting on illegal activities, rescuing birds in difficulties or selflessly surrendering their bird for rehabilitation. Members of the public, Belize Forest Department, resorts, schools, organisations and businesses... the list goes on. Thank you!!
