Parrots and Mangoes

Parrots get mangoes everyday for their daily meal and they absolutely love it! Mangoes are fairly fatty, but because the parrots at the rescue have plenty of space, they can fly and move around to counterbalance their consumption of mango.

So what happens when mangoes are out of season? Well we have plenty of other fruits and vegetables and seeds that we give them.

These include: dragon fruit, coconut, bananas, sunflower seeds, corn, carrots and much more.
