Sad, nameless bluehead

We received a sad case last week. This poor Mealy is going to take some TLC to get him healthy again. Unfortunately he has an old wing fracture that may render him flightless - we will need to wait and see how he progresses. Most of his feather issues are through a chronic infestation of feather lice, but some of it was also boredom and misery. He is bouncing back already, thank goodness, although he is very, very fearful of humans. We can't blame him for that. We need a name for this fellow if anyone has an ideas?
