More Babies!

Yesterday we received 10 more white-front Amazons for rehabilitation. Half were illegally captive baby parrots confiscated by Forest Department, and the others surrendered older birds. All are clipped apart from the 4 in the large cage: their owner sadly passed away a while ago and the surviving spouse surrendered them for rehabilitation. It’s a long road ahead for all of them – 18 months to two years for the clipped babies, and probably longer for the-out-of-condition and habituated adults.
