Another White-Fronted Amazon Baby

A little over one week ago a baby White Front Parrot was found on the side of the Hwy by the Belize Zoo. Fortunately he was picked up by Jamal Bohn, of The Belize Zoo, before any damage was done and was retrieved right away. He had clipped wings and was very tame, indicating that he was a pet before ending up on the road. Within only a couple of days he was ready to join the rest of our White Front babies and become a part of the flock. George has been with them over a week now and has assimilated beautifully. We are all so happy that these babies who have come from all over Belize were given the chance to become a part of a flock after their misfortunes.
