Squirrels at a Bird Rescue?!

Although we are a bird rescue other species do sometimes float in. The morning after Earl the hurricane came through two baby squirrels were found and brought to us. We have been feeding them and letting them sleep, which is all they want to do! They are silly little creatures that like to continuously crawl under each other to sleep, which looks like a really silly game of persistence. Though very different from birds they do have their similarities; they don’t want to be fed by someone other than their mother and at any chance they will jump out of their enclosure and go as far away as possible!
